原发性胆囊癌22例临床治疗分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.20.16 　　摘 要 目的：对原发性胆囊癌患者的临床治疗方法进行研究和探讨。方法：收治原发性胆囊癌患者22例，将临床治疗的资料进行分期统计，并对患者进行跟踪随访，对随访结果进行分析和总结。结果：原发性胆囊癌易发于50岁女性患者，这类高发人群建议将胆囊切除。其中有1、2期原发性胆囊癌9例患者手术治疗效果较好。9例3、4期原发性胆囊癌患者进行悉心全面呵护的治疗也有明显的好转。4例原发性胆囊癌患者进行扩大根除治疗。经过治疗对胆囊癌患者寿命的延长、生活质量的提高等方面都有着积极的作用。结论：无论是早期、中期还是晚期的胆囊癌患者都要进行以手术为主的综合治疗方法，这种方法不仅能够提高治疗效果，更能够延长患者的寿命和提高患者的生活质量。 　　关键词 原发性胆囊癌 临床研究 探讨 　　Clinical study on the treatment of 22 cases with primary carcinoma of the gallbladder 　　Wu Dangxue，Luo Qing 　　Lintong Nuclear Industry 417 Hospital（Xian City，Shanxi） 710000 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the methods of clinical treatment of patients with primary carcinoma of the gallbladder.Methods：22 cases with primary carcinoma of the gallbladder were selected.We analyzed the clinical data of patients.The cases were followed up，and we analyzed and summarized the follow-up results.Results：Primary gallbladder cancer was prone to women over the age of 50.For this kind of people with high risk，we suggested that the gallbladder was removed.The effect of operation treatment of 9 cases with primary carcinoma of the gallbladder in 1 and 2 stage was better.9 cases with primary carcinoma of the gallbladder in 3 and 4 stage had significant improvement with good comprehensive care.4 cases with primary carcinoma of the gallbladder underwent expanded eradication therapy.The treatment had a positive effect on life extension of patients with primary carcinoma of the gallbladder and the improvment of the quality of life.Conclusion：Whether patients with gallbladder cancer was in early，middle or late stage，they all had to be treated with combined therapy based on operation.This method not only can improve the therapeutic effect，but also can prolong the life of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. 　　Key words Primary carcinoma of the gallbladder；The clinical study；Investigation 　　近年来，由于原发性胆囊癌病因不明，发病时比较隐匿，没有明显症状和特征，并且早期发病诊断比较困难，但是一旦确诊恶性程度比较高，癌细胞容易转移和复发等特点使得原发性胆囊癌作为胆道系统常
