It is the basic means for countries to carry out both import and export business. Not only is it relevant to benefits of each party，but also it is relevant to the interest of the state，or even influences the whole world. Therefore，in the long-term international goods transaction practices, all countries have established sets of principle，rules，practices and requirements. This thesis studied on the Conditions for the establishment of International sales contract of goods. It mainly includes: 1. The first chapter introduces the concept of the international sale contract of goods and judgment criteria of the international ; the same time, it compared the international sale contract of goods and domestic sale contract of goods to explain the characteristics of the international sale contract of goods. 2. The Form of International Sales Contract of Goods By comparison, we can see the most countries in the world adopt a “non-formality principle” towards international sales contract of goods. China’s “Contract Law” absorbs this principle. A contract can be legally concluded without any specific formalities, whether it is oral, written or though activity. 3. Conclusion of International Sales Contract of Goods. This paper gives comparative analysis on the rules of offer and acceptance.
