地铁工程第三方监测方法研究.doc

摘要 第三方监测是近年在重大工程建设领域，参照国际惯例推行的一项科学管理制度，我国目前主要在重大工程建设的土建施工阶段实行。在城市复杂的环境中修建地下铁道，为了保护周边环境，履行“客观、独立、公正”的评判和指导施工，开展第三方监测工作是非常必要的。第三方监测工作在我国刚起步，目前还没有对这方面工作作完整阐述的资料，还没有相应的规范与规程要求；地铁工程第三方监测是一个复杂的系统工程，涉及测绘学、工程地质学、水文地质学、工程结构学、等众多学科的信息资源。 本文针对地铁工程的特点，对第三方监测的有关理论和技术方法做了系统的总结、介绍和较为详细的研究。文中在总结了地铁工程第三方监测工作的目的、特点、主要内容和任务之后，针对地铁工程第三方监测的特点，对监测网的平差模型、监测网的变形分析方法、监测数据处理的模型与方法等作了有益的探讨；对第三方监测的技术、方法，包括监测的精度等级、监测频率及周期、监测项目、监测警戒值控制标准、监测点的布设、各监测项目的监测方法及其适用性，第三方监测数据的可靠性检查等作了较为详细的论述。 针对哈尔滨地铁一号线的需求，结合现场的具体情况，以站点、区间为单位，制定了几个较有代表性的工作方案。以站点、区间为单位，其理由在于同一个站基坑或区间具有基本相同的地质情况；其优点在于监测数据分析时，可以将各监测项目有机结合起来，例如同一基坑相同位置的测斜观测数据可以和水平位移、支撑轴力数据结合起来分析，从物理性质上讲，它们反映的都是同一支护结构的变形情况，只是反映的方式不同而已。针对地铁工程的特点，结合哈尔滨地铁一号线的需求，制定了第三监测工作的一系列质量、安全、服务保证措施。 关键词：地铁工程，第三方监测，哈尔滨地铁一号线，监测方法，监测数据，变形分析，信息管理，安全预警，保障措施 Summary Third-party monitoring of major construction projects in recent years in the field, with reference to international practices introduced a scientific management system, Chinas current major construction projects, mainly in the civil construction phase of the implementation.
