摘 要 随着市场经济的深入发展，大部分企业开始向集团化形式转变，为了进一步提升企业的竞争力，有必要加强其财务管理。企业财务管理旨在充分利用企业资源，发挥(财务)管理的职能，适应环境变化，防范财务风险。很大一些企业过度追求企业利益，却把财务管理的核心地位忽视了，企业的财务管理和风险控制没有充分发挥作用，加上企业管理的思想僵化，给国家中小企业的信用和融资渠道带来了诸多的负面影响。本文阐述了财务管理概念及内容，分析企业财务管理存在的问题，进而建立一套行之有效的财务管理体系，以提高企业资本运营效率，使企业经营价值最大化。 【关键词】：财务管理，问题，对策 Abstract With the deepening of the market economy development, most of the enterprise group began to form change, in order to improve the competition ability of the enterprise, it is necessary to strengthen its financial management.
