电子科技大学成都学院 论文题目 O A办公管理系统在地产企业中的应用 学生姓名 学 号 专　　业 系(分院） 指导教师 指导单位 2011年6月制 摘 要 在二十一世纪社会和经济高速发展的今天，各政府事业单位或企业或组织由于规模的扩大和竞争激烈，在这种办公的复杂性增加和办公要求提高的环境下，传统的手工办公方法效率低下，更浪费大量的人力物力资源，已经无法满足需求，都在寻求一种高效率规范化网络化的办公方式，于是OA广泛的被应用于办公。OA办公管理系统将计算机网络和办公结合起来，有效地提高了办公效率。本论文通过研究OA的概念、发展、特点，以及在成都某地产企业中办公应用状况。OA在该地产公司通过信息发布、电子化文件和知识管理、工作流自动化、对公司资产的管理、信息交流、决策支持方面、人力资源管理、财务办公过程、项目审批等功能模块支持企业办公的现状，为企业在激烈的竞争中提供有力的管理后台。同时通过在该地产公司的应用，探讨了OA的不足之处和发展趋势，为OA的推广做了一个范例。 关键词：OA办公管理系统；效率；地产企业；功能模块；办公ABSTRACT In the 21st century society and rapid economic development today, each government institutions or enterprise or organization due to the expansion of the scale of and competition is intense, in this office complexity increases and office calls for increased environment, the traditional manual office method inefficient, the more waste a lot of manpower resource, it is impossible to satisfy all the needs, are looking for an efficient standardized networked office way, hence OA is widely applied in office. OA management system will combine computer network and office, effectively improve the office efficiency. This paper studies the concepts, development, OA characteristic, as well as a really estate enterprises in Chengdu office application status. In the real estate company OA through information release, electronic documents and knowledge management, workflow automation, the companys assets management, information exchange, decision support, human resource management, financial office process etc function module support, the present situation of enterprise work for enterprise in the fierce competition in the management provide a powerful backstage. But at the same time, through the application in the real estate company, discusses the OA deficiency and development trend in the promotion of OA is made an example.
