摘要 混凝土搅拌机是建筑机械中搅拌混凝土必备的机械。 JDY500型混凝土搅拌机是单卧轴液压强制式搅拌机，结构简单、操作方便、工作可靠，具有搅拌质量好、生产效率高、耗能低、噪音小、易损件寿命长，便于保养维修，可搅拌各种配合比的混凝土、砂浆、灰浆，适用于各类中、小型建筑工程，是用户理想的混凝土搅拌机械。 本次设计主要完成了搅拌机轴端密封系统的设计。混凝土搅拌机的轴端密封是对轴端支承轴承进行密封，防止混凝土砂浆进入轴承，保护轴支承，使其不受砂浆侵蚀。在本设计中我们采用的是浮动密封：浮动密封属于端面机械密封的一种特殊形式，其结构简单端面密封压力能自行补偿，磨料介质不易侵入，润滑脂不外泄漏密封效果好，适合于低速重载作业条件恶劣的环境。 本次设计采用三维机械设计软件ProE，实现了轴端密封系统各部件的实体建模、工程图绘制以及虚拟装配等工作。 关键词：轴端密封、浮动密封、滚动轴承。Proe的实体建模 Summary Concrete mixer to mix concrete in construction machinery necessary machinery.
