摘 要 真空乳化机是一种在食品、化工、药品的生产过程中得到广泛应用的设备。但由于目前国内的一些乳化设备与国外先进水平还有很大差距，需要我们进一步的研究和开发。本文所主要介绍的是ZRJ-350A真空乳化机的搅拌系统和传动系统。 该文介绍了设计ZRJ-350A真空乳化机搅拌系统和传动系统的一系列过程：先是前期调研，再设计总体方案并加以比较，然后确定方案，再进行装配设计，对主要零件进行设计校核，最后提供传动系统和搅拌系统的装配图。 整个设计中搅拌系统是整个设计中最重要的部分之一：主要由搅拌桨和均质器这两部分组成。物料在搅拌桨的低速搅拌下，不断地被切割，翻转，再重新组合。外侧搅拌桨的周围还有一些刮板，用于把黏结在锅壁上的物料刮下，重新搅拌。均质器则用于高速搅拌，在高速的旋转中重复着将物料吸入，剪切，分割，送出，再重新吸入这一过程，是乳化机最重要的部件。 传动系统也是最重要的部分之一：在机器顶端有一台高速电机，它是用来驱动高速轴，而另一台横放的低速电机通过蜗杆传动来带动低速轴。作者巧妙地应用高、低速两套搅拌系统，以便提高乳化效果。 关键词：乳化机，均质器，传动系统，搅拌系统 The Design of ZRJ-350A Emulsifying Machine Complex’s Transmission System and Mixing System ABSTRACT The Vacuum Emulsifying Complex is a equipment which is widely used in food, chemic products and medicine. But now there is a large distance between the emulsifying machines made in china and the machines made in foreign countries in technique, so we need researching and empoldering further. ZRJ-350A Emulsifying Machine Complex’s mixing system and transmission system is mainly introduced by this article. The whole design process of the ZRJ-350A Emulsifying Machine Complex’s mixing system and transmission system has been introduced in this article: firstly we make the former investigation, and design and compare the total project, then confirm the project, after that design the assemblage and calibrate some primary parts, finally offer the drawing of mixing system and transmission system.. The mixing system is one of the most important parts in the whole design: it is mainly composed by the stirrer and homogenizer. the materiel is incised, overturned, and then compounded again continually by the low speed mill of the stirrer. There are some scrappers around the outboard stirrers, which can scrape off the materiel felting on the cauldron and then mill again. The homogenizer is fixed in the high speed shaft, and the materiel is inbreathed, cut, divided, sended and inbreathed again by the homogenizer which is the most important part of the emulsifying machine.
