图书分类号： 密 级： 摘要 本文综述了国内外大型货轮专用加油车输送臂架发展概况，介绍了臂架系统的整体结构及其截面形状与尺寸以及每节输送臂的具体结构和臂与臂之间的连接方式。并用液压系统来实现大型货轮专用加油车输送臂架的收放、回转变幅。本文重点介绍了大型货轮专用加油车输送臂架伸缩部分的设计、回转变幅结构的设计和液压系统的设计。 本次设计主要内容和要求：设计出大型货轮专用加油车完整的上车结构，绘制出支承臂架的总装配图和每节臂的结构图。设计出上车液压系统，绘制上车液压系统原理图。通过分析和计算，确定每节臂的截面尺寸及截面形状，设计每节臂的具体结构和臂之间的连接方式，设计整个臂架的伸缩方式。并且设计加油车上车实现臂架伸缩，回转变幅所需的液压系统，计算选择合适的泵，油缸及阀等液压元件。 关键词 加油车；伸缩臂；液压元件 Abstract This paper reviewed the delivery of large cargo arm dedicated Overview of fuel trucks, introduced the boom systems overall structure and its cross-section shape and size, and each section of the concrete structure and the transport arm between the arm and arm connections.And hydraulic systems to achieve specific fuel trucks transport large cargo arm of the retractable, rotating amplitude.This paper focuses on large fuel trucks transport cargo-specific part of the design of telescopic boom, slewing luffing hydraulic structure design and system design.
