高地隙喷杆喷雾机底盘的设计及性能分析【毕业论文+CAD图纸全套】.doc

摘 要 针对我国缺乏大田高效施药机具的现状，研制出一种大型、高效、安全的防治大田蔬菜与水稻病虫草害的轻便型自走式高地隙喷杆喷雾机。该机具集成高地隙自走式底盘、喷雾系统、机电液中央控制系统，自走式底盘主要由机架、动力系统、行走转向系统以及液压系统几个方面组成。自走式底盘是高地隙喷杆喷雾机的核心部件，其结构决定了喷雾机的离地间隙，同时影响喷雾机在田间的通过性能，高地隙喷杆喷雾机的主要零部件安装于自走式底盘机架上部，底盘机架是车辆重要工作载荷的承受部件。本文对高地隙喷杆喷雾机底盘进行理论分析、计算及结构设计，底盘系统中各组成部件包括发电机、发动机、螺栓螺钉、油缸、转动机构的选择和设计，并对底盘进行ANSYS性能分析。根据设计依据和资料数据，确定高地隙喷杆喷雾机底盘设计方案可行，高地隙喷杆喷雾机底盘的功能设计合理，底盘的行走性能、转向性能分析合理。 关键词：高地隙自走式；喷杆喷雾机；底盘；性能分析 ABSTRACT According to the current situation of the lack of efficient application equipment in the field, we developed a large, efficient and safe prevention of pests in rice field vegetables and lightweight self-propelled Highland Gap boom sprayer.
