摘 要 本文以工业用剪板机为对象，探讨了全自动剪板机智能控制系统的实现方案。根据实际需要和市场的需求，采用了以工业顺序控制过程中广泛使用的可编程控制器（PLC）对自动剪板机进行控制。通过对自动剪板机的工作原理的分析，提出总体设想，设计了电气传动部分的设计方案和并作出了PLC控制的程序流程图。文章中关键词：可编程控制器 全自动剪板机 自动控制 abstract The article regard industrial board cutting machine as target, probe into full-automatic to can cut board quick-witted realization scheme of the control system.According to the real demand of and the market, chose the control scheme relying mainly on programmable controller .
