沅江市杨树有害生物无公害防治现状及对策 李青春 摘要：森林有害生物防治,要坚持预防为主,综合治理的方针,以营林技术措施为基础,以生物防治为主,以物理防治为辅,以化学防治为急救措施。只有把无公害防治的理念贯穿于林业生产的全过程,才能实现森林有害生物的可持续控制。林业有害生物无公害防治,就是以森林培育技术措施为基础,以生物控制为核心,培育健康森林与稳定的森林生态系统,提高森林自控能力,达到持续控灾的目的。提高认识，加强领导，把搞好杨树有害生物无公害防治工作放在十分重要的位置；理清思路，完善机制，把杨树有害生物防治工作落到实处；顾全大局，着眼长远，充分体现“预防为主、科学防控、依法治理、促进健康“的方针；统筹安排，精心部署，努力做到资金、技术、药物（械）人员四到位。 关键词：有害生物无公害防治Yuanjiang city pollution-free pest control poplar Current Situation and Countermeasures LI Qingchun Abstract: Forest Pest Control, we must insist on focusing on prevention and comprehensive management approach to forest management based on technical measures, mainly in biological control to physical control as a supplement to chemical control for the first aid measures.
