Base is set in “Annual budget cycle” process It is a method of effectively communicating to a very wide audience (100’s of people) Updated each month – with key changes and reasons identified! Changes must be approved in NPIS or PIDT Changes include dates, funding, or content changes Typically, Portfolio Manager (or product planner) will request changes to projects that have not gone through concept kickoff.
