Each year the company needs to calculate its yearly tonnage as the average over the three preceding years, e.g. in 2007 it is the average over 2004-2006. The deadline for registration is based on the highest tonnage calculated starting in 2007. In case this tonnage reaches 1000 tonnes, the registration is then due before the 1st December 2010. If this happens in 2011 or 2012 the registration is due without delay..
