Conclusion 9 Bibliography 10  摘要 老年空巢是指身边无子女共同居住，老年人独自生活的家庭。随着人口老龄化进程的加快，随着社会老年化的加深，空巢老人的数量也越来越多，这已经成为了不容忽视的社会问题。当孩子们由于工作，学习，婚姻等原因离开家，留下中年父母在家的时候，空巢老人产生精神障碍症状，也称为家庭“空巢”综合征。 关注空巢老人，促进老年人的身心健康将成为新世纪的热点。 关键词:空巢老人;空巢综合症;自理能力;人文关怀;社会支持 Abstract The family of empty-nesters refers to those who live alone, without any children companying.With the deepening of the aging of society, there are a growing number of empty-nesters, which has become a social problem can not be ignored. When the children leave home due to reasons such as work, study, marriage, leaving their middle-aged parents at home, empty-nesters will produce the symptoms of mental disorders, known as the family “empty-nest”syndrome. Concerning about the empty-nesters and improving the olds heathy in mind and body will be the hot topics in future.
