Hook up exhaust hoses and turn on fan or have exhaust hose go outside the shop 2. Make sure car exhaust does not leak along the exhaust pipe. Run car outside if it does. Do not stand in wet areas while using the solder gun. 6. Never leave the solder gun unattended with the electrical cord plugged in. 7.
