舒针疗法针具设计思想及临床基本应用研究 包寿乾 （北京中医药大学1008信箱 100029 ） ? 【摘要】 舒针疗法是以中医针眼外科理论体系与治疗思想为基础而创立的一种经皮闭式微创治疗技术，该疗法使用独创的舒针针具对慢性疼痛病等多科疑难病症利用舒胀、舒压、舒挛、舒僵等特效治技取得独特的临床疗效，结合现代医学独创了人体慢性痛症与植物神经性疑难疾患特定穴的选取诊疗体系与重要的治疗规律。舒针疗法融会了中医外科与针刺领域其他特种针疗法操作精华，是针刀等特种针疗法和传统针灸治疗替代性的全新发展和补充，其创造性的将中医针灸针和西医手术刀的功效成功的集于一体，从而使针刺治疗和闭式微创手术治疗巧妙的达到统一，开创了中医外科与针灸治疗史上的新篇章。 【关键词】 舒针 舒针疗法 闭式微创术 方法 研究 Abstract：Shu surgical needle acupuncture is Chinese medicine theory and treatment system based on the idea and the creation of a closed percutaneous minimally invasive therapy, the therapy uses acupuncture needles original Shu diseases such as chronic pain, difficult cases the use of multidisciplinary Shu expansion, diastolic pressure, Luan Shu, Shu stiff and other special effects techniques to achieve unique clinical treatment efficacy, combined with modern medicine has created a unique body of chronic pain and autonomic disorders difficult the selection of specific points important therapeutic treatment system and the law. Key words: Shu-pin；Shu acupuncture ； closed minimally invasive surgery；methods ；Research ? 字典 ? 1 概述 舒针疗法是以作者提出的中医针眼外科理论体系与治疗思想为基础而创立的一种经皮闭式微创治疗技术［1］。该疗法在中医针眼外科提出的肌肉短缩学说、脊柱僵硬学说与神经过敏学说三大理论基础上，结合作者创立的“弓弦理论”体系［2］，独创了人体慢性痛症与植物神经性疑难疾患特定穴的选取诊疗体系与重要的治疗规律，对慢性疼痛病、慢性软组织损伤与骨关节病、皮肤病、肛肠病及部分内科杂病等多科疑难病症提出了“舒胀、舒压、舒挛、舒僵”的对症治技，并由此创新发明了舒针针具，遂将此疗法经检索后命名为舒针疗法。 2 舒针设计思想的形成 依据舒针临床诊疗机制的要求，舒针系列针具的设计思想必须体现如下作用原理和功能要求：①能够快速无痛刺入皮肤，满足皮下、肌内、骨突起、关节骨缝、骨面、囊及腔内、血管神经周围等各种特定穴
