LEEP刀与微波治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的临床效果对比 　　[摘要] 目的 对比LEEP刀与微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法 随机选取2013年10月―2015年4月期间，到该院就诊的70例慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象，在取得患者同意的前提下，随机将患者均分为对照组（采用微波治疗）和观察组（采用LEEP刀治疗），两组患者的人数均为35例，观察并比较两组患者的手术情况、治疗效果等指标。 结果 ①观察组患者的手术时间、阴道流液时间、术中出血量均优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；②观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.14%（34/35），对照组为82.86%（29/35），两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在慢性宫颈炎的治疗中，与传统微波治疗相比，LEEP刀治疗的效果更佳，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 慢性宫颈炎；微波治疗；LEEP刀 　　[中图分类号] R711.32 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0013-03 　　Comparison of the Clinical Effect Between LEEP Knife and Microwave Treatment on Chronic Cervicitis 　　ZHAO Yu-hua 　　Changshu No.2 People’s Hospital， Changshu， Jiangsu Province， 215500 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical effect between LEEP knife and microwave treatment on chronic cervicitis. Methods 70 cases with chronic cervicitis admitted in our hospital between October 2013 and April 2015 were selected and randomly and equally divided into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases in each under the consent of the patients. The control group were treated by microwave treatment， and the observation group were treated by LEEP knife. And the status of surgery， treatment effect and other parameters of the two groups were observed and compared. Results ① Compared with the control group， the observation group had shorter time of procedure， shorter vaginal discharge time and less intraoperative blood loss with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）. ②The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14% （34/35）， and that of the control group was 82.86% （29/35）， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic cervicitis， the effect of LEEP knife treatment is better than the traditional microwave treatment， so the former is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Chronic cervicitis； Microwave treatment； LEEP knife 　　慢性宫颈炎在临床上较为常见，属于一种妇科疾病，多发于育龄期女性，属于诱发宫颈癌的高危因素之一。慢性宫颈炎包含多种病变，比如宫颈糜烂、宫颈肥大等。在临床
