介入动脉灌注化疗联合放疗对中晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察并分析介入动脉灌注化疗联合放疗对中晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效。方法 整群选取该院2013年2月―2015年1月收治的中晚期（III、IVa期）鼻咽癌患者56例，随机分为两组，每组28例。对照组采用常规化疗加放疗，研究组在放疗前采取动脉灌注化疗，观察并比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 放疗半年后，研究组的近期完全缓解率为85.71%，明显高于对照组的75.00%，且差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组均未出现严重的不良反应。 结论 介入动脉灌注化疗联合放疗对中晚期鼻咽癌患者治疗的临床疗效显著，且不良反应较少，值得在临床上推广及应用。 　　[关键词] 鼻咽癌；放疗；动脉灌注化疗 　　[中图分类号] R739.63 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0086-02 　　Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Interventional Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy Combined with Radiotherapy in Treatment Ofintermediate and Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma 　　JI Hao， WANG Bing-hui， YU Wen-zhe 　　Otorhinolaryngology， Lanzhou First Peoples Hospital， Lanzhou， Gansu Province， 730050 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of interventional arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in treatment ofintermediate and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 56 cases of patients with ofintermediate and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital from February 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each， the control group were given conventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy， the research group were given arterial infusion chemotherapy before radiotherapy， the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After six months of radiotherapy， the recent complete remission rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group （ 85.71% vs 75.00%） and the differences were obvious （P 0.05）， there was no toxic and side effect in the two groups. Conclusion Interventional arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in treatment of patients with intermediate and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma has an obvious clinical curative effect and few toxic and side effects， which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic. 　　[Key words] Nasopharyngeal carcinoma； Radiotherapy； Arterial infusion chemotherapy 　　鼻咽癌是
