住院医生继续教育的发展路径及相关问题阐释 　　【摘要】 住院医生属于医师职称中比较低级的一种，但其承载的责任却很大，如在科主任与上级医师指导下，认真做好分内工作，并且要具备良好的服务态度与意识；全面负责与管理自己管辖的病患，按时参加晨会，严格交接班，定时总结临床经验；下班遵守交班制度，做好书面交班，并严格执行值班制度等。此外，对于住院医师而言，还必须积极参与继续教育，学习新的技术、科研，并主动阅读相关论文，进一步充实自己，也为更好地服务患者、提升自己、评职称等打下良好的基础。但从目前我国医院发展来看，基层医院较多，为此各个地区都零散分布者大量的住院医师，他们作为医院有生力量，若能不断提升自己，可以为人们群众提供更好的服务。不过，目前我国基层医院住院医生继续教育现状不太乐观，且存在一些问题，为此急需探求一种有效的发展路径。笔者结合相关文献及自身实践，从目前住院医生继续教育现状与问题出发，提出以学分制模式、资源共享体系、全方位体制及病案讨论会制度等为主的方法体系，希望对相关工作有所借鉴。 　　【关键词】 住院医生； 继续教育； 发展路径； 现状； 问题 　　【Abstract】 Resident physicians belong to the title in a relatively low-level，but it carries a lot of responsibility，as in the case with the superior guidance of the physician director，conscientiously do his work，and to have a good attitude and consciousness.Patients with overall responsibility for managing their own jurisdiction，to attend the morning meeting on time，strict shift timing summarize clinical experience.Compliance work shift system，good writing shift，and strictly enforce the duty system.In addition，for purposes of residency must also be actively involved in continuing education，learning new technologies，research，and take the initiative to read the relevant papers，to further enrich themselves，but also to better serve patients，improve themselves，commentary titles，etc. to lay a good foundation.However，the current development of the hospital，the more grass-roots hospitals，for each area are scattered by a large number of residents，they effectives as a hospital，if we constantly improve ourselves to provide better services to the masses of people.However，China’s grass-roots hospital doctors continuing education status quo is not optimistic，and there are some problems，therefore an urgent needs to explore an effective development path.Author of the literature and own practice，doctors from the hospital and the continuing education of current problems，this paper proposes to credit mode，resource sharing system， all system and case discussion meeting system and other system-based appro
