湖北文理学院 毕业论文 论文题目 中国物流金融服务发展研究 学 院 管理学院 专 业 物流管理 班 级 1111 学 生 张鹏 指导教师 葛云飞 2015年5月10日 摘 要 “第十二个五年计划”期间，中国的物流业得到了较快的发展，物流金融业务逐渐兴起。它利用金融手段促进物流业增值，在许多省份和城市得到了快速的发展。物流金融是一种新产品，它由物流和金融两大块组成，这种新产品迎合了市场发展的需求，增加了物流业的经营利润，同时也抬高了物流业的服务水平，而且可以协助企业拓展融资渠道，降低融资成本，增强资本的使用效率。在我国物流业发展到一定程度，出现发展瓶颈和各种制约的时候，物流金融业务则会对物流业进行一次大改革，对我国物流业发展起着前无古人，后无来者的推动作用。 本文以物流金融的概念为起点，研究了中国物流金融的发展和存在的各种问题，分析了我国现阶段物流金融运作过程中主要运用的模式，从模式和社会经济环境等具体情况研究了当前存在的一些风险和问题，同时提出了解决和防范物流金融风险的具体建议和措施。 关键词：物流企业；金融；物流金融业务模式；风险控制  Abstract Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, Chinas logistics industry has been rapid development, logistics and financial services gradually.
