医院门诊药房引进自动发药机利弊的评价分析 　　新疆维吾尔自治区克拉玛依市中心医院，新疆克拉玛依 834000 　　[摘要] 新疆维吾尔自治区克拉玛依市中心医院自2011年引进自动发药机以来，逐步实现了门诊药房调剂工作的信息化、自动化、智能化，大幅缩短了患者排队取药的时间，减少了医患纠纷发生的机会，降低了药师的劳动强度。但同时，也发现了一些问题与不足，如调配环节增多，工作人员增加，调剂差错、机器故障日渐增多，引进投入巨大，医院日常成本增多等。本文通过对5年来自动发药机的工作状况和门诊药房的工作模式进行归纳、统计，来全面评价分析自动发药机的优势与不足，为制造商改进自动发药机及同行医院建立自动化药房提供依据和参考。笔者认为生产商还需不断改进，医院在引进类似设备时需对各方面的利弊得失进行全面的评估分析，才能做出正确的决策。 　　[关键词] 门诊药房；自动发药机；利弊；评价分析 　　[中图分类号] R952 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）07（a）-0143-04 　　[Abstract] Since the automatic drug dispensing machine is introduced in the Central Hospital of Karamay City in 2011， it gradually realizes the informationization， automatization and intelligentization of the outpatient pharmacy dispensing work， significantly shortens the time of the patients waiting for getting medicine， reduces the occurring probability of medical disputes and the labor intensity of pharmacists. But at the same time， also find some problems and shortcomings of the automatic drug dispensing machine. For example， it increases the links of dispensing， needed more staffs， increases dispensing errors and mechanical malfunctions， increases the expense of introduction and the usual cost of hospital. This article induces and statistics the working status of the automatic drug dispensing machine and the working mode of the outpatient pharmacy， to roundly evaluate and analyze the advantages and shortcomings of the automatic drug dispensing machine， in order to provide basis and reference for the manufacturer to improve the automatic drug dispensing machine and other hospitals to establish automated pharmacy.
