后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 评价后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿的手术方法及疗效。 方法 选取2013年8月～2014年5月期间我院收治的患者60例作为研究对象，按就诊时间分为两组，2013年就诊患者为对照组，2014年就诊患者为研究组。其中对照组患者给予常规治疗措施，研究组给予后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗；治疗后观察比较两组患者的各项观察指标（包括住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量）及术后不良反应等。 结果 研究组患者住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量分别为（8.65±2.33）d、（63.05±20.91）min、（60.32±22.33）mL 均较对照组有明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率为20.0%，对照组不良反应发生率为46.7%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿的临床效果较佳，既可有效缩短患者的手术时间、减少术中出血量，又可避免转为重症疾病等，显著提高治疗有效率，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜；肾蒂淋巴管；结扎术；乳糜尿 　　[中图分类号] R699 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）31-0030-03 　　Clinical effect observation on retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal pedicle lymphatic vessels in treatment of chyluria 　　MA Jiqiao 　　Department of Urology，Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province， Xinyi 221400， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the operation method and clinical effect of retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal pedicle lymphatic vessels in treatment of chyluria. Methods Sixty patients treated in our hospital from August 2013 to May 2014 were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria， which were divided into two groups based on their visit time： the control group with patients in 2013 and the study group with patients in 2014. Patients in the control group were treated by conventional therapy， while patients in the study group were treated by retroperitoneoscopic ligation of renal pedicle lymphatic vessels. After different therapy between two groups， their objective indicators（including of hospital stay， operative time， and intraoperative blood loss） and postoperative adverse reactions were were observed and compared.
