原发性乳腺癌c_erbB_2的表达及其临床意义 【摘要】 目的：探讨原发性乳腺癌组织中c_erbB_2蛋白的表达和临床病理及预后的关系。方法：采用免疫组化EnVision二步法检测126例原发性乳腺癌组织的c_erbB_2表达；分析其与临床病理及预后的关系。结果：本组c_erbB_2阳性率381%，其表达与TNM分期(P005)、肿瘤组织学分化(P0001)、雌激素(P001)和孕激素受体(P005)状态有关；单因素分析表明，c_erbB_2表达是总生存率(P001)和无病生存率(P001)的重要影响因素；逐步Logistic回归分析表明，c_erbB_2影响总生存率(OR=10556)和无病生存率(OR=15300)的危险性最高。结论：c_erbB_2表现出侵袭性临床病理特征，是影响乳腺癌患者预后的因素，也可作为判断乳腺癌患者预后的指标。 【关键词】 c_erbB_2 原发性乳腺癌 临床病理 预后 Expression of c_erbB_2 in Primary Breast Carcinoma and Its Clinical SignificanceXU Mu_ming, ZHUANG Ye_zhong, WANG Wei_feng, HUANG Wen_he, HUANG Mian_sheng, WU Jun_dong (Department of Surgery，Affiliated Tumor Hospital，Shantou University Medical College，Shantou515041，China)［Abstract］Objective: To investigate the expression of c_erbB_2 in primary breast carcinoma, and to analyze its relationship to the patients clinicopathological status and its prognostic significance. Methods: The immunohistochemical EnVision two_step method was used to detect the expression of c_erbB_2 in 126 cases with breast carcinoma tissues. All the data were statistically analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of c_erbB_2 was 381% in 126 cases with breast carcinoma. C_erbB_2 was correlated with TNM stage(P005), histological differentiation(P0001), ER(P001)and PR(P005)status. The univariate analysis indicated that the positive c_erbB_2 expression was a significant prognostic factor for patients overall survival(P001)and the disease_free survival(P001). The Logistic regression analysis indicated c_erbB_2 was the most hazardous factor that impacted on the patients overall survival(OR=10556)and the disease_free survival(OR=15300). Conclusion: C_erbB_2 shows a clinicopathological invasive characteristic.
