认知行为治疗与康复训练对住院精神分裂症患者康复效果的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 评估住院精神分裂症患者在药物治疗的基础上给予认知行为治疗（CBT）与康复训练的效果。 方法 于2014年5月选择45例愿意参加康复训练与CBT的住院精神分裂症患者为研究对象，以与之相匹配的条件选择45例住院的精神分裂症患者为对照组。研究组在药物治疗的基础上给予CBT和康复治疗；对照组在药物治疗的基础上给予健康教育。观察期为6个月。以健康状况评定问卷（SF-36）和住院患者康复疗效量表（IPROS）为研究工具。 结果 在研究结束时，研究组的生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康与健康变化各项治疗效果明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组的工疗能力、生活能力、卫生能力、关心和兴趣评分较对照组改善明显（P0.05），社交能力评分较对照组改善明显（P0.01）。 结论 住院精神分裂症患者在保持药物治疗的同时给予CBT和康复治疗，康复效果显著，值得推广与应用。 　　[关键词] 精神分裂症；康复训练；认知行为治疗；健康状况评定问卷；住院患者康复疗效量表 　　[中图分类号] R749.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（a）-0055-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of social function rehabilitation and cognitive behavior treatment in the schizophrenia inpatients with medication. Methods In May 2014，there were 90 schizophrenia inpatients with medication were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the study group（n=45） and the control group（n=45）.The study group was taken social function rehabilitation and cognitive behavior treatment（CBT），and the control group was taken health education.After 6 months，the Health Status Questionnaire（SF-36） and IPROS were applied to evaluate the health status and the effect of rehabilitation. Results At the end of the study，the scores of physical function，role-physical，social function，role-emotion，and mental health of the study group was better than that of control group respectively（P0.05）.The scores of the ability of work，living independence， hygiene，care and interest of the study group was higher than that of the control group respectively （P0.05），and the social ability of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group respectively（P0.01）. Conclusion Basic of the medication，the effect of social function rehabilitation and cognitive behavior treatment for schizophrenia inpatients is significantly.And these treatments are worth popularizing. 　　[Key words] Schizophrenia；Rehabilitation；Cognitive behavior treatment；SF-36；IPROS 　　精神分裂症是一种病程迁延，具有思维、情感、认知、意志行为等多方面障碍及精神活动不协调为主要表现的
