INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made on: The ____ day of ___________, 20___ (hereafter, the “Effective Date”), by and between: Current Inc. Distributor desires that Supplier appoint Distributor as Supplier’s exclusive distributor in the following geographical region: _______China_areas excluded are Korea and Japan _______ with respect to the distribution and sales of the Product. Supplier and Distributor also desire that Distributor utilize specific agreed channels of distribution as more particularly set forth herein. Therefore in consideration of their mutual promises set forth below and other valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows: 1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT Definitions.
