The ITT states the terms of the proposed Contract, and the specification provides information about how the Supplier is to provide the services. You are required to return, as part of your Tender, those documents listed at paragraph 4.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Tender is complete. We deem a submission of a Tender in response to this invitation as your acceptance of the attached instructions to Tenderers. We look forward to receiving and evaluating your Tender.
