学年论文论文题目商业银行信用卡风险管理研究姓 名 孙天娇学 号 1210911115所在学院 经济与管理学院 专业班级 12金融1班指导教师 陈李宏 日 期 2015年6月20日商业银行信用卡风险管理研究摘要信用卡于1915年起源于美国。随着银行的发展，信用卡由于其可以透支以及使用方便灵活的特性受到人们越来越多的青睐。正是由于信用卡业务的壮大，其风险也越来越大，风险管理也成了研究对象。从风险的角度看，信用卡业务的增加同时也增加了商业银行的风险，从获取收益的角度看，一项业务的壮大必然会增加收益。伴随着经济的发展，信用卡已经融入我们的日常生活，但是各种风险，例如恶意透支、欺诈风险与日俱增，如何管理信用风险已经成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文将围绕商业银行信用卡风险管理来研究，具体阐述信用卡的基础知识、风险的现状、成因以及应对的策略。第一部分主要写信用卡的风险类型和特点，第二部分主要叙述风险管理的对策以及成本收益，第三部主要分析我国商业银行信用卡风险管理现状。关键词：信用卡 风险管理 问题和策略Research on the Credit Card Risk Management of Commercial BanksAbstractCredit card originated in the United States in 1915. With the development of the Banks, credit card which is convenient and can overdraft get more and more the favor of people. Because of the growth of the credit card business, its risk is becoming more and more severe, and risk management has become the object of study. From the perspective of risk, the increase in credit card business also increases the risk of commercial Banks, from the perspective of revenue, a business expansion will inevitably increase the yield. With the development of economy, credit card has been integrated into our daily life, but all sorts of risks, such as malicious overdraft, fraud risk increases, how to manage credit risk has become an urgent problem which need to solve.This article will revolve around the commercial bank credit risk management, and elaborates on the basic knowledge of credit card, the present situation, causes and coping strategies of risk. The first part is mainly to write risk types and characteristics of credit card, the second part mainly illustrates the risk management countermeasures and cost and benefit, the third department is mainly to analyze current situation of our country commercial bank credit risk management.
