PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Desirable Assessment of Criteria Qualifications Relevant higher education qualification eg. Degree, or professional or vocational qualification in a mainstream discipline.
Postgraduate management qualification eg. MBA, DMS.
Application form Experience At least 5 years relevant experience at a senior level in a local authority or similar organisation involving the management of financial and human resources, elected member contact and regular attendance at local authority committees, including presentation of reports.
Experience of strategic leadership and achievement.
Evidence of ongoing training in aspects of senior management.
