毕 业 设 计 （2016届） 题 目 年产20万吨二甲醚工艺设计 学 院 化学化工学院 _ 专 业 化学工程与工艺 1 年 级 2012级2班 ______ 学生学号 12012242513 _____ 学生姓名 杨 忠 鼎 __________ 2016年 5 月14 日 摘 要 本设计为年产20万吨甲醇合成二甲醚的工艺设计，设计内容包括：工艺流程的比选、工艺计算、主要设备的计算与选型等。本设计首先根据相关资料及有关文献，对比并分析了几种典型的二甲醚合成工艺，通过比选确定了采用甲醇气相脱水方法制取二甲醚的工艺流程，同时确定了相关的主要设备；其次，对二甲醚制备工艺中的甲醇精馏塔，二甲醚合成塔及二甲醚精馏塔进行了详细的物料衡算及热量衡算；通过甲醇合成二甲醚的物料衡算和能量衡算后，对其中的部分主要设备二甲醚精馏塔理论塔板数、塔径、塔高等参数进行了工艺计算、工艺设计和设备设计。最后，本设计对生产工艺的三废处理做了简要介绍，并用Auto-CAD软件绘制了甲醇合成二甲醚的带控制点的工艺流程图。 关键字：二甲醚；甲醇；工艺设计  Abstract This is designed to produce 200,000 tons of methanol and dimethyl ether synthesis process design, design elements include: process, such as the selection, process calculation, calculations and selection of main equipment. The design is first according to the relevant information and literature, and comparative analysis of several typical DME synthesis process, by comparison to determine the methanol vapor dehydration process Dimethyl Ether process, while identifying the relevant key equipment ; Secondly, preparation of dimethyl ether fractionator methanol, dimethyl ether and dimethyl ether synthesis reactor fractionator detailed material balance and heat balance; dimethyl ether by methanol synthesis mass balance after and energy balance, on which some of the major equipment DME distillation column theoretical plate number, column diameter, column parameters were higher process calculation, equipment design and process design. Finally, the design of the production process of waste treatment gives a brief introduction, and draw a flow chart with a methanol synthesis of DME control points with Auto-CAD software.
