摘 要 拟在广东省珠海市建造一幢综合服务性大楼，该建筑地下一层，地上二十一层，主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统和热水系统四个部分。 给水系统采用分区供水，地上一层到六层为低区，由市政管网直接供水。七层到十八层为高区，高区由变频水泵加压供水；排水系统采用的是污、废分流制，洗浴废水和污水直接排入城市污水管网，地下设备间排水采用污水泵提升至室外城市污水管网；消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统和自动喷淋灭火系统，火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取；给水管和排水管分别采用PP-R管和铝合金UPVC复合管，消防系统中室内消火栓给水系统采用普通碳素无缝钢管，自动喷水灭火系统采用内外壁热镀锌钢管，室外消火栓系统采用给水铸铁管，热水系统采用聚丙烯热水管，由生活水池直接供水，采用上行下给方式。 关键词：建筑给排水；给水系统；排水系统；消防系统；热水系统 Abstract The purpose of the design is to construct a comprehensive service building in Zhuhai city, Guangdong Province. The construction was divided into underground level, ground floor 21, a total of 22 level, including water supply systems, drainage systems, fire protection systems and hot water systems. Water supply system is partitioned: one to six layers on the ground as low area, directly by municipal pipe network water. Seven to eighteen layers for high district which by frequency pumps pressurized water. Drainage system is used in sewage, waste water and sewage water diversion system, bathing wastewater directly discharged into municipal sewage pipe network, the underground equipment uses the Sewage pumps to promote sewage to outdoor city sewage pipe network; Fire protection system designed to fire hydrant systems and automatic sprinkler systems, the initial period 10 minutes of the fire , water supply from the fire water tank. Normal water supply extracted from the storage pool by the fire pump; Water supply and drainage pipes were used PP-R pipes and UPVC aluminum alloy composite pipe,indoor fire hydrant water supply system in fire protection system using ordinary carbon seamless steel pipe, automatic sprinkler system adopts galvanized steel pipe of the inner and outer wall, outdoor fire hydrant system adopts the cast iron pipe for water supply, hot water system uses polypropylene hot water pipe,and direct water from the pool of life, using up next to the mode.
