As we all know, Chinas real estate industry has experienced early to carry out mid-climax and now stable development process, starting toward the institutionalization of market and business development, has become an integral part of our national economic growth, not only plays an important role, but has many achievements. It is undeniable that the real estate industry-oriented features, in general, it is higher than the growth of Chinas GDP. Since the research for Licheng District real estate price volatility and the prediction is still relatively small, this paper is to study urban real estate development experience, to do some scientific research in this area.
