Columbia University located at the American New York ，it belong to private ivy league. Consisting of three undergraduate colleges and thirteen graduate schools . There are lots of famous institutes in Columbia University. Such as Building, commercial, education, international affairs, journalism, law, medicine and so on. A Brief History of Columbia Columbia University was founded in 1754 as Kings College by royal charter of King George II of England. It is the oldest institution of higher learning in the state of New York and the fifth oldest in the United States. Columbia celebrated its bicentennial in 1954 during a period of steady expansion.
