摘要 近年来，在北京高校就读的藏族大学生已经越来越多。“在京藏族大学生”这一群体的规模越来越大，分布也越来越广。面对日趋严峻的就业形势，藏族大学生择业不仅遭遇到前所未有的挑战，同时也受到来自社会各界的关注。本文力图了解这一群体的应届毕业生的择业观、择业去向及影响因素，在调查分析的基础上结合当前国家政策与高校就业工作实际，提出了如何做好高校藏族毕业生的就业工作，调整藏族毕业就业的初步对策和设想。 本文以北京十五所高校的应届藏族毕业大学生为研究对象，通过实证研究，进行问卷调查，从四个维度（即：第一个维度是研究对象对于自身就业前景的态度；第二个维度是就业选择的去向及单位性质；第三个维度是研究对就业的主动性；第四个维度是就业选择的影响因素分为内在因素和外在因素。）详细分析了该群体的就专业选择状况和影响因素。 结合文献回顾以及问卷结果的分析和探讨，笔者得出如下结论： （1）该群体就业选择没有太大的差异性，就业区域集中，择业空间狭小。 （2）对求职就业情况认识不够充分，获得信息途径少。 （3）就业观念单一，缺乏主动性，缺少就业前得专业训练。 （4）影响该群体就业选择的首要因素是经济收入与待遇，工作单位所在地。 （5）影响该群体就业选择具有一致性并范围狭小的内部因素是缺乏自信心，不敢竞争，有惰性心理，缺乏专业技术以及个人综合能力较低。 关键词：在京应届藏族大学毕业生 就业选择 现状 影响因素 Abstract In the recent years, more and more Tibetan students go out of Tibet to our capital-Beijing for their study. Along with this situation, the group named “ the Tibetan college students in Beijing” become larger and larger.
