研究领域：其它领域 人类社会发展观的历史演进与科学发展观两个简化指标的构建 摘 要：人类社会在数千年的历史发展中先后演变呈现出了三种基本形态的发展观，分别是“以王为本特权维护型社会发展观”、“以物为本经济增长型社会发展观”、“以人为本科学发展型社会发展观”。科学发展观是“以人为本科学发展型社会发展观”的最新突破，其社会发展指标体系应是以人对幸福的追求获取为衡量本位的国民幸福核算体系，其中最重要的两个指标为国民幸福总值和人均国民幸福总值。只分析经济增长和社会均平两个因素影响的这两个指标称为简化的国民幸福总值和人均国民幸福总值。基于此两核心指标的基本理念可最终确定相应的计量模型。运用此两指标的计量模型分析社会发展现实，得出的结论与传统分析结论有明显区别，但却更具实际意义。 关键词：社会发展观；历史演进；科学发展观；国民幸福值；增长与均平 Historical Evolution of Human Social Development Outlook and Construction of Two Simple Indexes of Scientific Development Outlook Abstract: There are three kinds of development outlooks in several thousands years of human society development. One is the type of special authority maintenance which took king as the center, with the others are of the types of economic increasing which took substance as the center and science developing which took people as the center. Scientific development outlook just is the newest breakthrough of social development outlook of the type of science developing which took people as the center. Its social development index system should be the one of gross national happiness accounting which takes happiness pursuit and achievement of people as weighing standard. Amongst, the most important two indexes are gross national happiness(GNH) and per gross national happiness(PGNH). The two indexes which only analyze influence of economic increasing and social fairness called simple gross national happiness(GNH) and per gross national happiness(PGNH). Based on the general thought of these two central indexes, relative quantitative model could be determined. Using the quantitative models of these two indexes to analyze social development situation, results differed obviously from those of conditional analysis, but they are more practical.
