北京理工大学继续教育暨现代远程教育学院 毕业设计(论文) 类　别：　　　　专升本 专 业：　　　 项目管理 班 级：　　　深圳研究院 (教学站) 姓 名：　　　　吴国平 毕业设计题目：中小企业手机项目质量管理 指导老师姓名： 崔春生 摘 要 本文利用演绎法和文献综述法介绍项目质量管理在手机项目管理中的应用。本文研究的项目质量管理对于广大中小手机企业，特别是有一定经济实力和管理基础，准备以ODM（Original Design Manufacturer，原始设计制造商）为导向的企业具有一定的借鉴和模板作用。这类公司有可能通过ODM项目管理的推行与电子制造业的各相关模块配合应用，提升企业竞争实力这是值得去探讨与尝试的。 本文以优美通讯(深圳）科技有限公司手机产品为例，结合项目管理的自身特点和原理，掘弃传统的管理模式，注重在实践中运用理论相结合，同时结合中小企业的局限特点。它既有别于传统的质量管理，也有别于国际大公司流行的模式。利用该项目管理的创新，以顾客人为中心，以过程为导向的原则，通过亲身经历和发现当中的一些问题和不足。 关键词：中小企业，手机行业，项目管理，质量管理 ABSTRACT This paper using the deductive method and the method of literature review introduces the application of project quality management in the mobile project management.In this paper, the research of project quality management for the vast number of cell phone, small and medium enterprises, especially have a certain economic strength and management foundation, ready to ODM (the Original Design Manufacturer) as the guidance of the enterprise has a certain reference and the template function.This kind of the company may by ODM project management and various related modules with application of the electronic manufacturing industry, improve enterprises competitive power that is worth to explore and try.? This paper taking UMEOX as an example,analysis the company quality management problem, combined with the characteristics of project management and the principle of digging abandon the traditional management mode, pay attention to in practice using the combination of theory and combining with the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprise limitations at the same time.It is different from the traditional quality management, also is different from the popular international big company mode.Use the project management of innovation, customer people as center, the principle of process oriented, from first hand experiences and found some of the problems and the insufficiency.
