河南机电高等专科学校 毕业设计说明书 毕业设计题目： 管板异种金属焊接 -管0Cr18Ni9和板16MnR异种金属相焊 系 部 材 料 工 程 系 专 业 焊接技术及自动化 班 级 焊 接 051 学生姓名 朱 海 涛 学 号 051306107 指导教师 吴 金 杰 2008年 5 月 20 日 摘 要 本设计题目为16MnR-0Cr18Ni9管板异种钢的焊接，体现了异种钢焊接的设计要求、内容及方向，有一定的设计意义。通过对该异种钢焊接的设计，进一步加强了设计者焊接工艺制定的基础知识，为设计更复杂的焊接工艺做好了铺垫。 本设计运用异种钢焊接的基础知识，首先分析了16MnR、0Cr18Ni9钢的焊接性，为防止焊接缺陷做好了准备；然后分析了异种钢的焊接接头特点、接头成分与控制和16MnR与0Cr18Ni9异种钢的焊接性，确定了接头形式、焊接方法、焊接参数，制订了焊接工艺指导书，并做了相应的焊接工艺评定，给出评定报告，分析后得出了结论。 关键词：异种钢 焊接性分析 焊接缺陷 焊接工艺指导书 焊接工艺评定 报告 Abstract This design topic is the 16MnR-0Cr18Ni9 tube plate heterogeneous steel welding,Has manifested the heterogeneous steel welding design request, the content and the direction, has certain design significance. Through to this heterogeneous steel welding design, further strengthened the designer to weld the craft formulation the elementary knowledge, for designed the more complex welding craft to complete the upholstery.
