摘要 随着国民经济的快速发展和通信技术的提升，电气系统的综合布线技术也得到了很大的发展，人们对建筑物的舒适性，安全性和经济型提出了更高的要求。 智能型住宅成为当今住宅发展的趋势，计算机控制系统已经深入到住宅管理的方方面面，在为人们生活提供便利的同时也促进了小区智能化的发展。 本次设计主要是对盘锦公务员小区1楼进行强弱电系统设计，阐述了本住宅楼电气系统的设计依据，原理以及电气设备选择的依据，设计的目的主要旨在运用大学期间所学的建筑供配电、有线电视、综合布线技术等相关知识，结合理论与实际，掌握建筑电气系统设计的一般步骤与设计方法，同时对遇到的问题进行分析和解决，锻炼自己动手解决问题的能力，为以后步入社会打下坚实的基础。本设计图纸部分主要采用CAD软件绘制，文字部分用微软办公软件完成，共完成图纸23张，主要可以分为强电和弱电系统两大板块，强电部分包括照明系统设计、插座系统设计、低压配电系统设计、防雷接地系统设计；弱电部分主要包括：消防系统设计、有线电视系统设计、电话系统设计、网络系统设计，其中包括设计说明2张，，强电平面图和系统图12张，弱电平面图和系统图5张，消防平面图和系统图4张。关键词：低压配电； 照明； 防雷； 弱电AbstractWith the rapid development of national economy and communication technology, the structured cabling technology of electrical system has been greatlydeveloped. Nowadays people offer higher structure requirements aboutcomfortable, safety and economy. Intelligent Residential become the development trend of residential , the computer control system has penetrated into all aspects of housing management. It not only offers convenient forpeople, but also promotes the development of the intelligence community.This paper mainly design for strong and weak electrical system about Panjincivil servants No.1 building. It describes thesystem design basis and principle of the building electrical system, as well as the basis of electrical equipment’s selection. The aim is to apply what they have learned during college time. It includes building supply and distribution, cable television,structured cabling technology and other related knowledge, combined with the theory and practice.
