G试验在早期诊断深部真菌感染的临床价值 黄淑芬 广东惠东县妇幼保健院,516300 【摘要】目的：分析G试验与体液真菌培养结果的相关性，探讨G试验在早期诊断深部真菌感染的临床价值。方法：统计深圳市人民医院2009年10月-2010年12月进行G试验的住院患者，共887例，计算其阳性率，分析临床科室阳性例数分布情况。其中86名患者同时留取血液、脑脊液、胸腔或腹腔引流液等体液标本做真菌培养。通过回顾性调查，查阅相关病历，了解是否存在造成G试验假阳性的临床因素、患者是否进行抗真菌治疗及症状是否缓解等，进行统计学分析并比较两者的相关性。结果：在887例患者中G试验阳性标本146，阳性率16.46%。在同时做体液真菌培养的86例患者中G试验阳性16例，阴性70例；真菌培养阳性5例，阴性81例；阳性符合率23.53%；阴性符合率84.15%。结论：G试验在早期诊断深部真菌感染有重要的临床价值。 【关键词】深部真菌感染；G试验；真菌培养；(1-3)-β-D葡葡聚糖；早期诊断 Clinical Value of G Test on Early Diagnosis of Deep Fungal Infection Huang Shufen (huidong county maternity and child care centre of Guangdong Province,516300) 【Abstract】Object: Analysis the relevance of G test and body fluid fungal culture, explore the clinical value of G test on the earlier diagnosis of deep fungal infection. Methods: Statistics the 887 hospitalized patients of Shenzhen Peoples Hospital in October 2009 to December 2010 were measured G test, calculate the positive rate, analysis the distribution of positive cases of clinical departments. At the same time, 86 patients were doing fungal culture used sacrificing blood, CSF, pleural or peritoneal drainage fluid or other body fluids. By reviewing the survey, access to relevant medical records to see if there were clinical factors made a false positive result in G test, whether patients with antifungal treatment and whether the symptoms were eased, etc. Statistically analyzed and compared the correlation between G test and fungal culture. Results: There were 146 positive samples in 887 patients in the G test, the positive rate of 16.46%.
