Compound Sentence and Participle Part Ⅰ Compound Sentence （复合句） In the previous unit, we have learnt the basic structure of a simple sentence. Then, how to combine clauses to a compound sentence? Basically, there are three ways: ? By a coordinating conjunction (用连词） —I enjoy playing tennis, but I hate playing golf. ?
