But the error of curves and surfaces of the parts and its CAD model must to be evaluated form algorithm. The objective of this research is to develop the curves and surfaces error analysis to inspect precision die and mold using CMM. Measurement path has been planned in CAD model and to get 2D or 3D measured data from parts by automatic measuring.
