毕业设计报告或 课题名称 某购物中心 专 业 土木工程 学生姓名 112222 学 号 1345465165651 指导教师 165415648 起讫年月 2016年11月 学习中心 新疆伊宁市市委党校 设计地点 新疆伊宁市 二○一六年十一月 摘 要 本建筑为小型购物中心，采用现浇钢筋框架混凝土结构，独立柱基础。地面 以上四层地下一层，营业厅和辅助用房按其使用功能的不同划分开。 该工程总建筑面积4269.44㎡，抗震设防烈度为七度，建筑抗震等级为二级， 场地类别为II类，基本风压为0.7KN/㎡，为丙类建筑。 本设计的内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两个部分。 建筑设计阶段进行了总体方案设计、平面设计、里面设计、剖面设计，以及 屋面和一些细部大样的设计，共完成了建筑说明等十张手绘施工图。 结构设计分为手算和电算两个部分。 手算任务是进行结构平面布置、估算界面尺寸等工作，并完成了十幅结构施 工图，电算任务、楼梯、基础结构设计均采用CAD绘图，共完成了 张结构图和计算书一份。 通过对购物中心楼层平面图、剖面图、构造图的绘制和结构设计，熟悉看设计的全过程，掌握了结构设计计算的基本方法，较好地完成了毕业设计任务，同时，对这些年所学的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解，从而提高了分析和解决实际问题的能力。 关键词：毕业设计；购物中心；建筑设计；结构设计 Abstract The subiect of this design is a small shopping center,adopting to reinforced concrete frame structure independent pillar foundation.There are four stories above the ground and layer under the ground.The business hall and the assistance space aer separated by their different usage. The total area of tthis building is 4269.44㎡.The seismic fortification is 7。The reference snow pressure is 0.7KN/㎡,construuct for C。 The design is divided into two parts,one is architectural design and the other is stuctural design. The architectural design has the conceptual plae design,the cross section design,the final result of the design including:10 pieces of architecture drawing,5 pieces of structure construction drawing,and a copy of calculation book. The misson by hand is to arrange the planning,to estimate the size of different members,ang give out eight pieces of structure design.In the design, the computer aided design helps to establish the modle and then calculate the inner forces.After all of this, select several individual members to be designed by hand.The stairs and the base were calculated and design by the software of LTCAD and JCCAD.
