摘 要 针对对讲机后盖进行了注塑模具设计。通过对塑件进行工艺的分析和比较,最终设计出一副注塑模。该课题从产品结构工艺性，具体模具结构出发，对注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核、模具的分型面、浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、推出系统、冷却系统进行了设计。同时运用三维pro/E制图软件绘制该模具，与平面图相比更具立体感。 关键词；； Abstract This topic is mainly for radio shell mold design, plastic parts through the process of analysis and comparison to the final design an injection mold.
