People or groups of people who can be affected by, and therefore have an interest in any action by an organization. Rights: To receive goods and services that meet quality standards. To be offered replacements or repairs . To receive compensation Responsbility: Be honest: pay for goods and services Not to steal Not to make false claims about poor service, etc Satisfying the demands of your customer Ensuring quality, design, durability decisions are made with customer in mind. Avoid taking advantage of vulnerable customers. Do not break the law and ensure all products are what they say they are. Responsibilities to Stakeholders Roles: Supply raw materials and component part to allow the business to offer its products to its own customers. Rights: To be paid on time, as the agreed contract. To be treated fairly by the purchasing business . Responsbility: To supply goods and services ordered by the business in time and condition as agreed on by the purchase agreements Stakeholders: Suppliers Responsibilities to Stakeholders Pay promptly, place regular orders and offer long term contracts. Having reliable suppliers will result in confidence for your customers, and in some cases better prices if the competition starts attacking your client base.
