In recent years, Chinas scholars and practitioners to study the problem of double financing of SMEs theoretical and actual operational and achieved some results, but does not fundamentally solve the problem of financing. The Government also introduced the relevant laws and policies to increase the degree of concern for SMEs, however, due to the difference between theory and practice, in addressing the issue of financing is still difficult. How to find practical solutions to broaden the financing channels, to achieve rapid and healthy development of SMEs, which is a difficult decision for our government and scholars of the test is the only way to build our countrys socialist market economic system.
