A family story S: speak aside F: Father M: mother J: Jane S:Nowdays there is often a lack of understanding between parents and children. They complain about each other , thus , a big generation gap is formed .A story happen in a nice morning. M: Jane! Jane! Wake up ! Wake up ! J: oh, no ! mom, give me a minute , just a minute, please! M: well, did you finish your homework? Did you do your exercise? Did you read enough books? Did you do your English listening practise? You know , you do not have much time to waste ,you know , time is flying , and… J: stop! Stop ! mom! please stop bugging me! It is not your business. M: what? What did you say just now ?oh my god? I can not believe it? But you must know all things that I do are good for you, please do not let me down! J:I know ,ok , I know , but today is Sunday ,I had went to school and done many things for a week, I am tired, and I need time to relax myself .And I am old enough to plan my personal time . M: Personal time? You are a child forever ,and I know teenagers of your age, and they do not have your bad attitude! J: well, I do not want o argue about the thing now! M: oh! No! F: ok, dear ,calm down, calm down ,. You are worried about Jane enough , well, let go to hall to watching TV ,Jane you should not have agued with your mother , please wait a minute , I will go to your room and talk about this problem. J: oh…..dad, mom, I have got to now! F and M: huh? where do you think you are going so early in the morning? J: I do not know! S: we can see many things happened in our daily life. like this, parents and children often argue with each other because of generation gap. In my opinion , respecting, understanding, working together and thinking of the problems from the viewpoint of each other are ways to solve problem. * * *
