Unload the tugger in the order shown on the drawing taking one skid at a time. Take the skid to the shrink wrapper and place it on the platform. Once the skid has been wrapped take it to the ramp and place it in the truck from left to right on two levels if the skids can de double stacked (See note). If the skid does not require to be shrink wrapped place it on the finished goods area to be scanned and then take it to the truck. Note: The only skids that can be double stacked are: the skids from depts. 510, 530 505, and the skids from dept. 525 that have a std. Pack of 216 324 pcs. Juarez Example: Standard Work Unloading Purchased Parts Juarez Example: Standard Work Unloading Purchased Parts Go to the ramp to start unloading purchased parts Start to unload truck from left to right starting with the skids or trays located on the upper level (if it applies), then continue with the trays or skids on the floor level taking one at a time. Once you take the skid or tray, take it to the tugger are shown on the drawing. You should unload the tray or skid on the firs tugger cart as shown on the top drawing on #1. Once you finish unloading the skid or tray on the tugger cart, go back to the ramp following the route shown on the drawing.
