Abstract
In the various faults of rotating machinery,misalignment fault and rubbing fault of rotor system are the most common faults. According to the introduction of foreign related data, about 70% vibration faults of rotating machinery either caused by misalignment or related to it. At the same time, because the smaller clearance between rotor and stator, which greatly increases the possibility of rubbing between rotor and stator caused by misalignment. Therefore, whether from the reliability design of rotating machinery or from ensuring equipment work safely and stably, that all force us to profoundly understand the process and characteristics of rotor misalignment and rubbing between rotor and stator, and further to intelligently diagnose the coupling faults of rotor misalignment and rubbing between rotor and stator.
In this paper, the dynamic model of rotor-ball bearings-stator coupling system including misalignment-rubbing coupling faults is established. In the model, the motion characteristics of gear coupling with misalignment are studied and the force excited by angular misalignment and parallel misalignment is ded
