区域经济与生态环境 系统动态耦合协调发展研究 ——基于上海市数据 刘慧霞 （南京师范大学 地理科学学院） 摘要：如何协调高速经济增长与环境恶化及资源耗竭的关系涉及到人类能否实现可持续发展。环境是经济增长的重要影响因素和承载,二者之间的耦合协调发展是实现可持续发展的核心。上海是中国的代表性城市，基于经济子系统和环境子系统18 项指标构成的“经济增长与环境”系统指标体系,通过耦合协调度模型和熵值赋权法对1995--2009年上海市经济增长与环境耦合协调发展的时空分布进行了实证分析。在分析区域经济与生态环境系统交互耦合关系的基础上，建立了区域经济与生态环境系统协调发展的动态耦合模型，并对上海市经济与生态环境系统的协调发展进行了研究。结果表明，1995～2009年间，上海市的经济系统综合发展指数呈快速上升的趋势，生态环境系统的综合发展指数在曲折变化中缓慢上升；经济与生态环境处于协调发展状态。 关键词:区域经济；生态环境；动态耦合；耦合度；耦合协调发展；上海市 The Dynamic Coupling Model of Coordinated Development between Regional Econom ic and Ecological Environm ent System s Based on J iangsu Province Liuhuixia （Geography, Nanjing Normal University） Abstract: how to reconcile rapid economic growth and resource depletion and environmental degradation related to human relations can achieve sustainable development. Environment is an important factor of economic growth and bearing, the coupling between the coordinated development of the core of achieving sustainable development. Shanghai is Chinas representative cities, based on the economic subsystem and the environment subsystem consisting of 18 indicators, Economic Growth and the Environment index system, coordinated by the coupling model and the degree of entropy weighting method in 1995--2009, the coupling between economic growth and environment, spatial and temporal distribution of the coordinated development of the empirical analysis. In the analysis of regional economic and ecological environment system based on the coupling interaction, the establishment of a regional economic coordinated development and ecological environment system dynamic coupling model, and the Shanghai economy and the coordinated development of ecological environment system were studied.
