【摘 要】互联网正在融入我们的生活，影响和改变着我们的生活。网络提供给我们的不只是一个获取信息的来源，而且还是一个可以相互交流的空间，而网上求职招聘系统正给广大的求职者和招聘单位之间提供了一个双向交流选择的平台。应用网络的优势，开发人才招聘网，给企业和个人之间提供了沟通的桥梁，企业可以通过本网站发布招聘信息，而个人可以通过本网站发布求职信息，从而使双方都能了解彼此行情之后再谈合同，防止盲目签约，达到人才合理分配的目的。 本系统是基于Web的网站。后台数据库系统使用微软的SQL Server，构建了人才交流系统数据库。系统实现的主要功能有：个人及单位注册管理、用户登录、用户资料管理、站内信息管理等。本网站预期成果是：个人与企业能够随时注册账号，登录网站查询信息。对查询比较满意的信息，可以随时给对方发送信息。在信息过期之后将不在网页上显示。管理员控制台中有对所有用户的各项信息管理，可以随时查看用户的各个信息，监督并防止用户录入非法信息。 【关键词】招聘　　信息　　求职　　JSP　  ABSTRACT The Internet is integrated into our lives,influence and change our lives.Network provides us not only a source of access to information,but also an interaction space,and on-line employment system is to the vast number of job seekers and recruiting companies to provide a two-way communication between the platform of choice.Application of the advantage, developing recruitment network to businesses and individuals provide a bridge between the enterprises can recruit information published on this site,and individuals can publish job information through this website so that both sides understand each other after market talk about a contract signed to prevent the blind,to achieve the purpose of fair allocation of talent.
