(HE jinhua，ZHANG huijia，YAN hua，DUAN hualin，GUO chunguang .Department of rehabitionHunan Children’s Hospital,Changsha ，410007，China) Abstract：objective To explore the clinic curative effects of audio frequeney resonance and ganciclovir that treat the hearing impairment due to cytomegalovirus Infection in infants. Method 82 children who were selected according with criterion were divided into two groups：41 cases in control group treated only with ganciclovir treatment and 41cases in observation group treated additionally with the audio frequeney resonance treatment. The levels of blood CMV-pp65 and CMV-DNA were determined，The effective rate of Ganciclovir were compared before and after treatment in two groups. Pure-tone audiometry results and the total effective rate between two groups were compared after treated for three courses.The total effective rate were compared in observation group with different degree of hearing impairment. Results　The effective rate were very significant before and after treatment in two groups(p0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.2%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (68.9%)，(P0.05). Curative effects of the audio frequeney resonance and ganciclovir treatment on the children with deffrent degree hearing impairment due to cytomegalovirus infection were significantly defferent（p0.05）. Conclusion The combining therapy holds a significantly superior therapeutic effect on the children with hearing impairment due to cytomegalovirus infection…Curative effects.of the slight and midist hearing impairment were obviously better than the serious of that.
